Heartland Garrison #35353761
Description
The Heartland Garrison is a militant group formed by individuals within the quarantine zone of Blackout, created in response to the breakdown of order following the riots. After the power vacuum left the area in turmoil, local leaders and former fighters came together to establish the Garrison, driven by a commitment to restore stability. Their main goal is to maintain order and suppress insurgent factions. The Heartland Garrison has been striving to impose structure in the region overwhelmed by lawlessness and chaos.
