Welcome to the Roblox Financial Incoperated. We are a group of shirt, model, limited item, and ad sellers. Anyone who acts like a noob gets a warning, next they become an intern for a week, and if they keep acting like a noob they will be kicked. Interns now get paid if there is money to spare. Whichever rank makes the most money by the end of the month will get paid first (just incase there isn't enough to go around). I pay people in robux to sell ads. I ask how many tix they spent, I go to a place where you can trade tix for robux, and then I'll see how many robux you deserve. If I find out you lie you will be kicked out of the group IMMEDIATELY. Asking to be assistant is OK, so if you get asked if you can their rank to assistant just tell them they can't be assistant but every few months I pick a new assistant so you get the chance.
