Kesultanan Samudera Pasai (juga dikenali sebagai Pasai,Samudera atau kadang-kala disebut Samudera Darussalam) adalah kerajaan Islam yang pertama di Nusantara yang terletak di utara Aceh (secara lebih tepat di provinsi Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam sekarang), Sumatera di antara abad ke-13 hingga abad ke-15. Raja pertamanya bergelar Malik as-Salleh telah mangkat pada tahun 696 Hijrah atau 1297, atau menurut hikayat bernama Merah Silu. Hanya sedikit sahaja bukti yang ditinggalkan untuk membolehkan kajian ke atas sejarah kerajaan ini.
