The 1st Horse Guards pride themself on Duty, Discipline and Honour. The 1st Horse Guards were formed after the Commander of the time, (Grand Duke, Commander and Adjudant Saul), realized the massive potential a new Sub Division based on the Life Horse Guards could have. The Main duty of the 1st Horse Guards is not only to be the first Men and Wommen to charge the Enemy, platet in their most magnificent Napoleonic Era Uniforms, Equipment and Tactics, but also to represent the Ceremonial rutes that the Union Guards posess.
