Description
警务督察，又称监督视察。简单说就是人民警察的监督者。公安机关警务督察部门依法确定的管辖范围及其督察民警必须履行的责任义务。《督察条例》第二条第二款规定：“县级以上地方各级人民政府公安机关督察机构，负责对本级公安机关所属单位和下级公安机关及其人民警察依法履行职责、行使职权和遵守纪律的情况进行监督，对上一级公安机关督察机构和本级公安机关行政首长负责”。 警察在处理重要警务活动中行使职权及使用武器、警械都要受警务督察的监督。警务督察让人民群众更加放心，他们是确保人民警察光辉形象的防火墙。
