Description
Clan Sanders originated in the Scottish Lowlands in the Late Medieval Period. Throughout history they are known for being a Jacobite stronghold, having being one of the first clans to pledge soldiers to all three of the Jacobite Rebellions. This is where they gained their name, Fortiter, or Strength through Resistance. Now, notable members have moved north to settle on the Wellshire Islands. Clan Sanders ends its belt with a crown, signifying its historical seat over the royal city of Glasgow, allowing its kin to have ties across the empire.
