Description
The grand duchy of Ireland is in a universe where napoleon managed to cross the English channel, giving Ireland somewhat free rain on it's own island. The duchy lasted for 21 years (1813-1834), being replaced with the republic of Ireland. When the French first arrived there was a massive civil war between the English supporting Irish and the French supporting Irish. The French quickly brought the war to a halt. WIP
