When the 15th Stormtrooper Regiment Was decommissioned, is That they were never truly decommissioned, They were all stationed on the 2nd Death Star and Endor But most of their forces were in the death star. They didn’t think that they needed Too many troopers because of how skilled they are so the rebels outnumbered them and well the rest on the Death star well you know what happened?.
