"Innovate, Adapt, Overcome" ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ What exactly is R&D? The goal of the Research & Development branch is to gather and organize some of ARC's most innovative and curious minds to conduct research and develop new technology. They are responsible for researching and developing countermeasures for specific scenarios, as well as managing logistics, designing cutting-edge technology, and engaging with pharmaceuticals. Employees in the R&D branch are selected from among the most skilled and talented researchers across various fields. Expectations? Employees in R&D should always display leadership qualities, be patient and curious, and be ready to handle any situation that comes their way. Requirements? Have at least an IQ of 90 and join via the entry app.
