𝐄𝐌𝐏𝐈𝐑𝐄 𝐔𝐍𝐈𝐓𝐄𝐃 𝐎𝐕𝐄𝐑 𝐀𝐋𝐋 Taking advantage of anti-Jedi and anti-Droid sentiment manufactured by the Clone Wars, Darth Sidious appointed himself as Galactic Emperor by promising security and stability to the Galactic Republic. After gaining the approval of the Senate, Sidious staged a coup against the Jedi and oversaw their purge from the Galaxy, assisted by his right-hand, Darth Vader.
