𝐒𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐝 𝐆𝐚𝐦𝐞 𝐎𝐫𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 ▬▬▬▬▬ -- ⭘ -- ▬▬▬▬▬ The Moderation Team is a division within the Squid Game Organization tasked with dealing with rulebreakers ranging from simple cases to complex cases. They are responsible for enforcing the game rules and issuing warnings, kicks and bans. This department was created to ensure Middle Command and High Command are not overwhelmed by reports and can perform their actual duties. This department works closely with the other departments, including the Justice Department. ▬▬▬▬▬ -- ⭘ -- ▬▬▬▬▬ Interested in joining the Moderation Team? You must reach at least the rank of Soldier and attend a tryout. Acceptance rates are generally low-to-moderate, and candidates must have a deep understanding of the game and the group, its rules, must have clear communicational skills, patience and empathy, and the ability to resolve problems and have critical thinking skills.
