Description
The Judicial Committee—often referred to as the Ethics Committee—serves as the moral compass and legal safeguard of the Foundation, ensuring that every operation, experiment, and containment protocol aligns with both internal law and fundamental human rights. Far from mere advisors, these members possess the authority to review missions, question leadership decisions, and halt projects that violate ethical or legal standards. They oversee research proposals, security operations, and field missions, weighing the necessity of actions against their human and societal cost. When incidents arise, the Committee conducts thorough investigations, issuing binding rulings and corrective mandates to maintain accountability across all departments. Balancing secrecy with responsibility, they ensure that the pursuit of anomalous knowledge never eclipses the value of life and dignity. By upholding these principles, the Judicial Committee protects the reputation of the Foundation.
