🌿𝐊𝐨̈𝐧𝐢𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐢𝐜𝐡 𝐖𝐮̈𝐫𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐠 In 1805, Württemberg became an ally of France through the Treaty of Pressburg after Napoleon’s victory at Austerlitz. As a reward, Württemberg was elevated to a kingdom, and Friedrich II became King Friedrich I of Württemberg. This alliance was crucial for Württemberg’s rise in status and territorial expansion.
