Royal British Army, Education and Training Services. [ABOUT] The Education and Training Services, also known as ETS or E&TS carries out the recruit training inside of the Royal British Army. Instructors are training to their very best standards and teach the new military recruits the way of the RBA. [INFORMATION] Instructors are permitted to train & log trainings of recruits alone once passed their instructor training, certain instructors can teach the trainings instructors to get them through their training.
