[S.T.A.R.S.] Special Tactics and Rescue Squads ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬【Information】▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ S.T.A.R.S. was established by the RPD as a special forces unit to tackle more extreme emergencies the department as a whole was not trained to handle. By September 2002, several such squads existed.
