[Human Resources Command] [Information] The Army Human Resources Command (HRC) conducts world-class talent management and leads initiatives in modernized human resources and data systems. This enables the Army to deploy, fight, and win our nation’s wars. HRC supports some of the most critical units in the U.S. Army Reserve, including the Army Service Component Command (ASCC), Quartermaster Corps (QMC), and Army Foreign Affairs (AFA). The goal of HRC is to be responsive and to ensure that there are no setbacks in operations. [Membership] To become a member of the Human Resources Command, you must successfully complete an application for the available divisions. [Motto] "Soldiers First!"
