Description
Welcome to the Nassau County Police Department! We thank you for your decision to join and apply to become a NCPD Police Paramedic, and join the Emergency Ambulance Bureau! We respond to all rescue alarms that include but are not limited to: 911 requests for an ambulance, Motor Vehicle Accidents, Confirmed Structure Fires, CO Alarms with Aided, High Risk Fire related alarms as requested by the municipal Fire Departments. APPARATUS: - We currently have two ambulances (2357 and 2377), and one EAB Supervisor Tahoe (2341). - All apparatuses are ALS Equipped, and every provider in this agency is a NYS EMT-P or Paramedic.
