"Connecting Sylvalis, one journey at a time." Founded on April 12, 1956, the Sylvalian Transport Authority was established by the government to unify the nation’s fragmented public transport system. Before STA, private operators and municipal networks provided inconsistent services, often leading to inefficiencies and accessibility issues. Nationalizing public transit was seen as a move toward modernization and economic growth, especially as tourism and urbanization increased.
