However the Finnish Emperor Discovered that Sweden had no leader. So finland made a proposal for to reform a union like back then but instead a dual monarchy Kaiser Cat with a thumb approved of this deal. Thus forming the Swedish-Finnic empire and ending the First Finnish Empire
