Positioned between Germany and the Soviet Union, Sweden focused on maintaining its independence and balancing relations with both sides. The country’s economy relied heavily on trade, particularly iron ore, which was crucial to warring nations. Despite its neutrality, Sweden faced pressure, especially after the German invasion of neighboring Norway. While keeping its military on alert, Sweden provided refuge to refugees and made difficult decisions to preserve its sovereignty. Most of the stuff is fictional.
