Description
I’m done with Roblox. Not out of drama, but out of principle. They banned Schlep—a survivor of grooming who helped catch actual predators—and sent him legal threats for doing what their safety team should’ve been doing all along. That’s not just disappointing, it’s dangerous. Kids are being groomed on this platform. That’s not speculation—it’s documented. And the ones who go through it don’t just “move on.” They carry that trauma for life. Roblox had someone on their side who understood the risks firsthand and was actively making the platform safer. Instead, they shut him down. That tells me everything I need to know. I can’t keep supporting a company that chooses silence over accountability, image over action. I know Roblox is fun. But it’s not worth the cost—not when the cost is children’s safety. If you’re still playing, think hard about what kind of company you’re trusting with your time. I’m out. If you see this and Roblox takes it down- that should tell you all you need to know.
