Duchy of Sarlacion #35571271
Description
Feudal vassal of the Kingdom of Astraeus The Client Duchy of Salacion is located on the south side of the kingdom neighboring where the Valmora and Dimnius region meet. It was recently created upon a treaty and agreement made between the kingdom and the leader of the Salacii tribe. This tribe recently arrived at the kingdom's borders, having migrated there from elsewhere. They are a large and burly people, who wield large two-handed swords with extreme ease, having mastered the skill through generations of usage. Upon arriving at the border, the Salacii would raid into Astraeus, resulting in conflict, ending in the Astrasians winning. The Salacii, who honored strength over one another, offered to join the kingdom, with the king allowing them to live in the area that they had settled next to, creating the first Client Duchy. As the years passed the Salacii fought tirelessly to defend Astraeus with their unparalleled mastrey of 2 handed weapons.
