乾隆妙道宫 Qɪᴀɴʟᴏɴɢ 1755 ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Baiyun Temple, also known as White Cloud Temple, is a Buddhist sanctuary located in Sichuan mountains. According to legend, the temple was founded during the Tang Dynasty when a disciple of the Chan Buddhist school who sought refuge in the misty mountains for deep meditation. Inspired by the ever-present white clouds, he named the monastery Baiyun.
