Then you might earn promotions. If you rage for a promotion like: I WANT A PROMOTION NOW! You will of course NOT get a promotion. Instead you will get fired. The High Ranks are allowed to fire you whenever you do something bad. So don't push it! Anyways, enjoy your experience.
