Description
Post-traumatic stress disorder often referred to as PTSD is a mental health condition that's caused by an extremely stressful or terrifying event — either being part of it or witnessing it. It is common with military veterans and victims of abuse. PTSD Is a struggle and can affect day to day life, it is something that needs to be addressed more often and more often talked about even though it isn't. PTSD is something that I personally struggle with, and it can be hard to keep going sometimes. This groups serve to build a community and offer support to those in need. Remember you are loved and if you need help, please reach out to someone for help. **All sales are going to be donated to others**
