Our Mission The General Services Administration (GSA) within the USAC is dedicated to providing assistance, guidance, and a safe environment for the entire community. The GSA fulfills this mission by managing staff, overseeing roleplay, and ensuring smooth daily operations across the platform. GSA Bureaus and Offices The GSA is divided into three core branches, each focused on a specific area of community support and management. Appeals: The Bureau of Appeals reviews disciplinary actions issued by the Office of Moderation and supports users seeking to appeal punishments they believe were applied unfairly. Moderation: The Office of Moderation oversees community activity, ensuring rules are followed and maintaining fairness, transparency, and consistency in enforcement. Character Creation & Support: This bureau assists members by reviewing character profiles for compliance and providing timely, professional responses to tickets and inquiries.
