本群組向公眾介紹廉政公署（英語：Independent Commission Against Corruption；縮寫：ICAC，直譯為「獨立反腐敗特派委員會」），簡稱「廉署」，香港居民一般俗稱為「老廉」、「廉記」，於1974年2月15日根據《總督特派廉政專員公署條例》（現改名為《廉政公署條例》）成立的香港獨立調查機構，1997年7月1日香港主權移交前中文名稱為總督特派廉政專員公署。機構獨立及直接向香港政府首長（香港主權移交前為香港總督，後為香港行政長官）負責的紀律部隊及執法機構，以肅貪倡廉為目標，一直以來透過執法、預防及教育「三管齊下」的策略打擊貪污
