Martial law has been declared as the federal government struggles to contain the spreading virus and evacuate civilians, while they suspect the Russian Government to be responsible. The Free Californian State Militia is rising, seeking to break away from the weakening government. The National Guard is securing checkpoints and safe zones, while the CDC works on a cure.
