Description
The State of Cadence was established in the northern heartlands of the Union of Columbia on January 26, 1837. First inhabited by indigenous nations, the region saw settlements from Gallian fur traders in 1675, followed by Pax Britannian colonists in the 18th century. Conflicts over control ended with its incorporation into the Union. Cadence features vast forests, rolling plains, and the Great Cadence Lakes, with two major landmasses divided by the Cadence Strait. The state consists of the Counties of Bythorne, Gurnee, McHenry, and Warcreek The capital, McHenry, located in Bythorne County, serves as the state's political and economic center.
