Description
At the end of the 7 hour war, all major Government administrations relieved their control over military and governing controls of their nations. This would not mark the end of the conflict and the Combine's struggle to maintain stability of Earth. Many militaries continued to fight as independent militia forces. The West Virginia National Army Guard refused to disarm at the end of the 7 hour war, becoming a conventional movement against the Combine's occupational forces. Despite being heavily outgunned, they remained as a prevelant fighting force for early rebel movements.
