Rules: vehicle must be a vehicle in real life, part count must be below 50 vehicle must have HP set to 400 Vehicle must have a number, even for rookie teir All races must be fair, be a good sportsman -- Vehicle requirements must be a real car must have HP of 400 (aspiration is not regulated) all modifications must be replicas of real-life, kits must be done like a touge car (onl minimal) no radios, no turn signals... only skids, headlights, taillights and backfire
