Description
Owl Democracy is a Server that elects a new party that governs the server once every month. The elected party is permitted to do whatever they wish once elected. They could appoint staff, create laws, create roles, delete roles, ban, kick, mute, whatever they wish they may do. All parties are in charge of their organization, leadership, and recruitment. All methods are up to them.
