This is a ally division where you could become one of the people who manage allies When you select this division you will be promoted to staff How to be promoted to a new rank If you want to be ranked to senior staff, you will have to be active and do good and your work has to be seen by board of staff If you want to become board of staff you gotta be senior staff and be handpicked by at least 3 board of staff If you want to become management you will have to be board of staff but this one rank is really hard to get to, because your work has to be seen by me and not by anyone else and you have to have good speaking skills and there will only be 10 people in management so you either have to wait for there be a space or just don't worry about becoming management [note: you have to know which allies will be good and you have the power to decline allies even if they are super close allies anytime and you must be BGEN+ and a moderator in our blue app]
