Fundada en 1961 en la Ciudad de Guatemala, fue la primera empresa guatemalteca certificada como operador aéreo bajo las regulaciones de aviación civil y desde 2021 forma parte de la Asociación Latinoamericana y del Caribe de Transporte Aéreo (ALTA).
