Es la pieza mas importante para la funcionalidad de la instalación, encargado de investigar anomalías, realizar pruebas para comprobar fenómeno anómalos, encontrar su origen y encontrar formas de contrarrestarlos si fuese necesario. Para poder ingresar deberá de cumplir con el Nivel 1 de tarjeta.
