Description
The PCG, commonly referred as the Council Guardsmen, were an elite group of bladed warriors sworn to protect the council, and chairman of Inasver. They wielded Negative Blades that rejects all forms of force power used on the holder and used ranged rifles for defensive shoot-outs. Their armor was a crimson red, symbolizing the bloodshed gave to defend the Palecurian Council. And was molded precisely to fit the user through a recruiting process that culturally binds the Guard to the cause.
