Description

The judiciary emerged as a unique blend of indigenous dispute resolution and colonial legal traditions. Early circuit courts, journeying across Bythorne, Gurnee, McHenry, and Warcreek, drew upon native consensus and Pax Britannian rigor to resolve conflicts in a diverse, evolving society. Over time, as legal complexities grew, these itinerant courts laid the foundation for a centralized Supreme Court in McHenry—the capital of Bythorne County.
