Description
The Confederacy of Independent Systems (CIS), also known as the Separatists, was a faction in Star Wars that opposed the Galactic Republic during the Clone Wars. Composed of various star systems, corporations, and separatist movements, the CIS was led by Count Dooku, with key military support from General Grievous and the droid armies created by the Techno Union. The CIS sought independence from the Republic, which they believed was corrupt and inefficient. However, their true motivations were often manipulated by Darth Sidious, who used the Separatist movement as a means to fuel galactic conflict and seize power. The way the roles are set up here was requested by Count Dooku.
