It also means you have signed all documents meaning you are very aware you can not spread any information and are now ‘missing’ Welcome to J.E.F.F Blacksite, J.E.F.F or Jeff Energy Facility and Foundation is a hidden Black-site far beyond the current human understanding with technology only thought to be found in one’s dreams. J.E.F.F Blacksite is a sacred place for researching, development, testing and more. J.E.F.F Blacksite being originally created back in the 1840s is a thriving place where nothing is impossible. The Blacksite is run mainly from energy harvested from a Jeff. The founder being the ‘original Jeff’ influence is still being spread to this very day. With him being known as divine or true he is quite literally a religion. Funnelling his energy into a replicas also known as ‘clones’ they have a special sort of spark which can be harvested and used to develop.
