A unitary state under the rule of a parliamentary republic. ________________________________________________________ Founded 11/2/17 Lord General: Telestres_Estrayes Viceroy: MalcolmEstrayes ________________________________________________________ Lyet is a small, modernized, first world country founded in Eastern Australia after WWIII. After the war; Russia, China and the USA began to fall apart. Russia is now a divided territory made of mostly city states and some new countries. USA is unified with the exception of California, Oregon and Nevada which formed the Republic of California. China is now under control of Taiwan and India.
