Description
Special Projects Group "Cicada" is an anomalous milsim group primarily located within Blackhawk Rescue Mission 5. Special Projects Group “Cicada” is an experimental special operations group formed by a clandestine organization sourcing members from special warfare units within the United States, UK, Germany, France, Poland, and Canada. Cicada's mission is to covertly investigate, quarantine, and prevent the trade and weaponization of anomalous phenomena within Ronograd Island. Because of the origins and operations handled, the group operates under the guise of supporting UNJTF forces, and a majority of the operations are covert or are highly classified.
