The second root is “ceaster” which means a Roman Fort or walled city. The full name comes from people who lived in a City called “Winchester.” ━━━━ W | Our History The story of Winchester & CO. comes from a city of England called “Winchester.” Our Brand was established in the mid 1900s around World War Two. It was established officially in the year of 1941. It started as a formal attire for many, creating lots of formal attire for Women and Men.
