**Emerald District Free Economic Zone** **Dark Emerald Casino** **EST. 2023** **Lore-wise EST. 1965** The Emerald District Free Economic Zone is an independent state situated in Kandahar, Afghanistan. Following the chaos of the Third Afghan Civil War and the American Invasion, the company established it's own independent state in the Kandahar Province. The Dark Emerald did this to ensure the protection of it's city, and signed treaties with many of the various factions to ensure peace.
