Description

The O5 Council is the governing body of the SCP Foundation, making high-level decisions about containment, research, and interactions with other organizations. They ensure the integrity of all site operations and overseer their individual departments. In ACF-17, there are 11 Overseers. The Council members hold the highest security-level clearance and the most authority in most scenarios. They make important decisions such as how containment operates, what information is to be researched, and additionally, interacting with other organizations. All O5 Council Members are skilled and trained for their duties. They are the backbone of the foundation and are handpicked by The Administrator.
