They are the top secret to the top secret, virtually no one knows who they are or what they truly do. The O5 Council is a mystery - a rumor, designed to deceive those into thinking that there is an organized structure, a chain of command. There are several theories about what the O5 Council may be - an administrator, an anomaly, or just a department. But it's all a lie. The Foundation is crumbling, but those who aren't wise enough can't, and never will see the truth. This, truly, is the last resort of the Foundation. ───────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────── To join, you must be handpicked by the Chairman of the O5 Council and The Administrator.
