𝐇𝐨𝐮𝐬𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐀𝐧𝐝𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐞 𝟏𝟒𝟏𝟔 – 𝟏𝟒𝟑𝟏 In the early years of the 15th century, the House of Andrade was one of the most powerful lineages in Galicia, within the Crown of Castile. Its domains were mainly located in Ferrolterra and the valley of the Eume River, encompassing Pontedeume, Ferrol, and Vilalba. The family controlled castles, towers, and farmland, as well as the administration of justice over their vassals.
