Description
The COTSO or the "Church Of The Shattered One" began inside the colonies of this world as the atmospheric processors began to fail. The planet got more hostile and the "gifts" that were given from HER to any who joined the church gave them a chance to survive. As the atmospheric processors blew the cult hid underground and dug tunnels to get to different area's like the old colonies. After a while it was revealed that they were the ones that sabotaged the atmospheric processors it was too late for anyone to care. Why would you care when you have been given gifts to survive the harsh cold?
