This handbook outlines our rules, expectations, and policies to ensure we have a fun, organized, and successful season. By being a part of this team, you agree to follow these guidelines. 📅 Attendance Policy. Practices are crucial for our formations and routines. We expect all dancers to show up on time and ready to dance. Excused Absences: Exused reasons include school, family events, illness, or major timezone conflicts. Unexcused Absences: Missing a practice without notifying a leader beforehand is considered unexcused. The 3-Strike Rule:1st Unexcused Absence: Verbal/written warning. 2nd Unexcused Absence: Benched from the next upcoming performance or competition. 3rd Unexcused Absence: Removal from the team. 🚫 Behavior & Anti-Bullying PolicyWe maintain a safe, supportive, and positive environment at all times!
