Description
The Siberian People's Republic of Elissiya is a one-party communist state, the ruling political party being the League of Communists of Elissiya. Maintaining a hardline communist system compared to other communist states after the USSR collapsed. The ruling ideology was based on Totalitarian Socialism, a state system in which the socialist state is headed by state security agencies that have unlimited power over all spheres of society.
