Description
Khaldûr, also known as the Witch-realm of the North and the Realm of Broken Stars, was a kingdom established by the Lord of the Nazghai, who was later titled the "Witch-lord of Khaldûr". Later on, the kingdom was gifted to the Black Vardûmarean Rüsúor from the Dark Lord himself. It was located in a vale south of the Mountains of Khaldûr and founded with the sole purpose of destroying the successor kingdoms of the Star Kingdom of the North. The land was known in part for its cold and snowy weather.
